Spanish Gourmet Evening - Saturday 18 April

A ‘Spanish Evening’ featuring the culinary skills of our own, our very own Spanish chef – Tony Jimenez.

Dinner will be served at 8.00pm prompt. The menu price of £17.50 includes a jug of Sangria per group of four guests.

Menu:

  • Paella Valenciana (Seafood & Meat Paella)

  • Chicken Chilindron (Chicken Breast Oven Cooked with Onions, Peppers, Tomato & White Wine)

  • Beef Estofado (Tender Pieces of Beef, Cooked with Potatoes & a hint of Saffron)

  • Pork Madrileno (Slice of Loin of Pork with an Orange & Pomegranate Sauce)

  • Mussel Marinara

  • Deep Fried Squid – Piri-Piri – Garlic Mayo

  • King Prawn in Garlic Butter & Parsley

  • Patatas Bravas

  • Little Gem/Sea Salt/Balsamic Vinegar

  • Tomato & Manchego Salad

  • Mixed Salad with Roast Peppers
